Community-funded care. Help us treat clients, not chase denied claims.

What is it?
A way to lessen financial strain caused by our challenging healthcare system.
Donations go to:
Helping people access care (especially
LGBTQ & BIPOC folk)
Clients with financial hardship or accrued balances.
Accrued balances happen when:
insurance plans deny services and/or drop coverage, or clients fall behind on copays

Donation Disclosure Statement

We are a small group of licensed mental health professionals committed to caring for some of the most vulnerable clients. We accept Medicaid & Medicare as well as most commercial plans, in a time when many mental health practitioners do not accept any

health insurance plans. Our business relies on insurance reimbursements, which, at times, can be unpredictable. Despite efforts to help navigate coverage of services, clients sometimes accrue large balances due to dropped coverage or insurance changes, or to unforeseen financial hardship/ difficulty covering copays. These events can present barriers for accessing care.

We plan to use community donation funds to cover outstanding balances for clients experiencing financial strain and also to help provide mental health days for our staff.

We are committed to maintaining clear boundaries, ethical integrity, and transparency in all aspects of this practice.

Please read the following disclosure regarding donations:

  1. No Influence on Clinical Services
