Julia offers a personalized therapy approach. Creating, a welcoming and safe space for individuals to explore and express their emotions, and ultimately grow. Julia has a passion for working with teens, young adults and women and supporting healthy relationships, life changes, anxiety and depression.  Julia creates a welcoming, non-judgmental, compassionate space for individuals.

Julia focuses on individualized collaborative treatment with person-centered and strengths-based perspectives.  Julia draws from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Feminist Theory.
